DSK
Thin asphalt wearing courses in cold construction

The fast, economical and environmentally friendly road repair in cold construction

DSK are thin asphalt wearing courses in cold construction, which are made from grain-graded minerals, bitumen emulsions, auxiliary materials and water, which are produced and laid with the DSK paving train. Fine chippings and crushed sand are used as minerals. In addition to the conventional installation of thin layers in cold installation, we offer the new LIESEN DSK-F (DSK with fiber additives) process after years of cooperation between our development laboratory and application technology.

The installation is carried out with specially designed machines and devices. The paving train combines the motor and storage part, the mixer and the attached spreader screed.

The precise preparation of the mixture and the exact dosing are guaranteed by the double threshold mixer and hydraulic control. Our manoeuvrable semi-trailers enable fast paving work both in the city and on the open road.

Advantages

  • The existing substance of the top layer that can be renovated is retained
  • Reduced material consumption, since only the amount of mix required for profile compensation and wear replacement is required
  • Little additional work due to simple height adjustment of existing manholes, curbs, inlets, etc.
  • Little disruption to traffic due to quick installation and immediate opening to traffic after installation

With LIESEN DSK-F road rehabilitation coverings, later construction measures, e.g. B. Recycling, overbuilding, etc. Nothing in the way. Small paving thicknesses enable cost-effective use of high-quality elastomer-modified binders, using first-class minerals.

LIESEN DSK-F road renovation coverings create stable coverings, even under the heaviest traffic loads. Waterproof and weather-resistant thanks to the dense fine mortar structure.

areas of application

  • Depleted asphalt surfaces
  • Deformation in the transverse profile / ruts
  • Accumulation of directionless individual cracks
  • With reduced grip
  • Surface, binder or mortar accumulations on the surface
  • noise reduction
  • Building over paved areas
