ISO certification and an experienced specialist staff ensure a consistently high quality standard. In addition, the replacement of Rhine gravel with fine chippings achieves greater strength. In order to be able to guarantee consistent quality according to DIN, production is continuously monitored by a building inspection authority.

Mobile concrete plants
Since 2018 we have been developing concepts for the delivery of concrete with mobile construction site mixing plants together with our customers.
These can be set up in a space-saving manner on the construction site in the shortest possible time and offer the following advantages compared to the delivery of ready-mixed concrete from stationary plants:

- Reduction of waiting times through planning and exclusivity of the system only for the client
- Hourly outputs of 65-140 m³, depending on the type of system

- Exclusive use of twin-shaft compulsory mixers for high mixing quality
with demanding types of concrete - Quality assurance through calibration after construction as well as internal and external monitoring
The delivery of warm concrete is ensured by an efficient heating system and can also be carried out on the small plant type with up to 60 m³ / hour. Furthermore, a cement silo is prepared for nitrogen cooling, so that concrete can be produced even at high temperatures, for example according to ZTV-W.
